Centrework Remote Healing Sessions

I offer powerful remote healing sessions you can receive in the comfort of your own home by phone, online, or by pure distance healing.

If you have been feeling anxious, have had difficulty sleeping, or are feeling concerned about your overall health and well-being this work will be of tremendous help to you.

I use a combination of The Zone Technique, ARC work, and Reiki. During and after sessions people typically experience a feeling of calm relaxation, and renewed energy. This specific combination of techniques is exceptionally good for calming the nerves and instilling a sense of reassurance and self assurance that is needed now more than ever.

The Zone Technique

Dr. Fleet creator of  Zone Therapy was a healer and teacher of metaphysics who lived from 1895 to 1983. The Zone Technique created by Dr. Peter Goldman, is based on Dr. Fleet’s remarkable healing work. The Zone Technique restores health by balancing all systems in the body, and activating our innate ability to heal. Because every single cell in your body is in one or more of these six systems, the glandular, eliminative, nervous, digestive, muscular and circulatory system, when all systems are balanced and functioning perfectly, illness and disease can not exist.

What is ARC?

ARC is an acronym for the words accessing, releasing, and creating which represents the process of first identifying and removing limiting beliefs and negative emotions from the subconscious mind, and replacing them with positive beliefs and concepts to create balance and optimal health in both body and mind.

After each remote session I send a summary of what was addressed and healed so you know what we worked on, and what to expect. Below is an example.

Here are your notes for today’s session. Please take a few minutes to read over the attached poster so you know what we worked on, and what to expect.

The key words below pertain specifically to the work we did for you today. Your body is in healing mode now, and any change or changes you experience in the next day or two are simply indications that your body is in the process of rebalancing and healing.

Hormonal balance

I identified and released a trapped emotion for you. The emotion was “panic”. The word “security also showed up. These have been cleared. I sent Reiki to help you feel more calm and reassured. You can expect your mood to improve. You will also experience an improvement in the quality of your sleep as your body and mind achieve better balance. 

 “Hormonal balance” showed up for you today. This likely relates to your body experiencing the fight or flight response but this has been addressed and cleared for you. On a mental/emotional level, expect a positive change and improvement in your mood outlook. Expect to feel more calm, reassured, lighter and more optimistic. You can expect to feel more ease and less tension in your physical body as well. This physical ease will help contribute to a deeper, more restful sleep. You will wake up feeling much better now.
